There are a number of other places on the web with excellent advice for budding image manipulators, I'm sure you'll find loads if you just do a search with the name of your software and the word Tutorial.  Also, be sure to check your list of newsgroups; I know I've gotten lots of help in the comp.graphics.apps.paint-shop-pro group.

The three pages I visit the most often, that have the highest-quality  caps, are  Mike Quick's page at  http://www.mikes-images.com/ Mike is the god of all, Most High.  He has scans, caps, wallpapers he's done, wallpapers other people have done, and a great links page.  He's got caps from seasons 2-5, though not all eps.  Because Britain likes to keep TV viewers on the edge of their seats...[grin]  And for scans, visit Kindred at  http://dialspace.dial.pipex.com/town/drive/ybp17/ he's also got a bunch of his own cool art  (Kindred, I want that font!!!  On the Xena splash page!!  Neat-o!) (Might be dead, the redirector works, but it sends you to limbo.)

and just because I think it's cool:  WarGoddess has lots of pictures of Kevin Smith at various conventions at http://devoted.to/smithy  Though she's also got a flash animation on her opening screen that is cute the first time.  Uhh, I think that's all I can easily pull out of memory right now, due to excessive familiarity...[grin]  but hang around the newsgroup, and watch for addresses in various people's signature lines.  Just be sure to note who you get your stuff from, because it's important to give them credit.  Either make a separate folder for each person, or put their name or initials in the filename (lots of them do, anyway.).
